Release dates

Hi, everyone!

I’ve been writing and traveling, but just got a spate of e-mails asking for release dates, so I thought I might stop by and give an official update. (My web designer will be updating the web site soon.)

MURDER MOST MAINE and ON THE PROWL are both scheduled for release this November, and both are available for pre-order on Barnes and Noble’s online site and on Amazon. I just finished the third in the Urban Werewolf trilogy just last week; it will probably be out next summer, and the working title is now LEADER OF THE PACK. I am now taking a few weeks to relax and think about my next projects, but will be at RWA in San Francisco at the end of the month — hope to see some of you there!

As far as the KUT interview is concerned, it was a news spot about the Agents and Editors conference in Austin, and I talked a bit about the whole agent-finding process; to hear it, you can go here.

Hope everyone had a happy 4th — I am visiting my sister in Washington, D.C. and plan to visit my old townhouse in Old Town Alexandria tonight, which should be fun — and that you’re having a relaxing summer!

  1. Am looking forward to November! Don’t forget us if you’re planning a blog book tour by yourself. I’m having a post-day-day blog challenge in August for the Yahoo! group members to help beef up their blogs before a tour. The guide is here – http://quickest.blogbooktourguide.ever.com So much to do, so little time! 🙂

I’m looking forward to the new releases. If you send out review copies, keep me in mind 🙂

  3. Already pre-ordered both. My mom read “Howling at the Moon” and loved it. If you consider writing anything else like that series, do give it a shot. We both think you’re great at it. Can’t wait till November; grad school work will be over by mid-month, and then I can enjoy life to the fullest again! Especially regarding my writing projects.

  4. November is just around the corner and I am looking forward to the new book in the Inn series. I can’t wait to get it and review it on my blog.

LOVED Murder Most Maine! I preordered it from my local book seller and it was great. I loved that everyone was on a diet because I just reached a goal with mine. :)))

I have a friend whose whole family (except for her) has Celiac disease (gluten free diet) and she can’t eat Dairy and her daughter is a vegetarian. I thought, what a pain in the neck kind of diet to have to cook for….sounds like a great idea for another Grey Whale Inn Mystery!!! Have someone slip some gluten in the food and make them all sick to try and run her out of business. :)))

    A FAN!

Karen, I am an ardent cozy reader.
As a teacher, my personal reading time is minimal but I read through all three of your Gray Whale Inn Mysteries in a week. I can't wait for the next one. Thank you for such a great series.
